During this holiday season, Gathering Humanity invites you to welcome our new refugee neighbors by adopting a family from around the world, like Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Burma, and other countries. Your contributions provide a warm welcome, fulfill needs, and helps during a difficult transition this holiday season.
Please sign up below to adopt a refugee family for Christmas. This service opportunity is a way to get personally involved: you will know names and ages, country of origin, shop specifically for someone in need, and hopefully have the opportunity to give your gift directly to them. Christmas Stockings
Here is another opportunity to serve refugees and other vulnerable populations like unaccompanied minors, asylum seekers, homeless, rescued and sheltered people. This is an easy way to get every person involved by serving someone their same age/gender. Simply pick an age and gender, then fill a Christmas stocking and deliver to our warehouse in a labeled bag!
Christmas Goody Bags
This opportunity to serve is great in groups and is simple enough for all ages. Decorate a brown or white paper lunch bag, fill it with 3 items, staple and deliver to our warehouse!
